German Third Reich WW2 Social Welfare Medal circa 1939-45.

A good oxidised silver example. The obverse with raised eagle and swastika superimposed on Geneva Cross; reverse with raised legend ?Medaille f?r deutsche Volksplege?. Slight metal degradation to reverse.
