Fine die-cast example impressed with Birmingham R hallmarks and JRG&S (JR Gaunt and Son). Mailed fist with billet RAC; issuing from the wrist upwards, two concentric circles, barbed; the whole surmounted with a crown. Three loops.

Formed in April 1939, new badge adopted 1941.. Worn on the black beret.
